Basics about co-browsing

CallGuide Co-browsing is when the agent shares web pages with the customer.

Remotely demonstrate details on your web pages
Write in the customers’ web forms
Direct the customers to other web pages.

The online functions involve CallGuide Web SDK, a JavaScript library and application programming interfaces, and are administrated in CallGuide Admin.

To activate functions in agent application you need a Agent – co-browsing licence and the Execute co-browsing access function.
